CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

1. The enrolment of the student is accepted on the basis that the student commences the course booked and on the date specified when enrolling. The Enrolment Form is to be completed and the deposit/full fee paid in order to register for a place on a course.
   
2. The deposit forms part of the total fee and is non-refundable.
   
3. On receipt of the form and deposit/full fee, confirmation for the specified course and date (if available) will be sent . The Academy reserves the right to change and conrm another date if there are no vacancies on the first selected date.
   
4. Fees are subject to the scale current at the commencement of the course and any increase which may be introduced after the enrolment shall be payable. Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the course fee, and any change in the rate thereof will alter the total fee and any instalments outstanding. Fees do not include any external examination/assessment fees or equipment, unless stated.
   
5. Refunds are not made except if the student or guardian cancels the enrolment and requests in writing a refund of fees within 3 days following receipt of confirmation of the enrolment.
   
6. If a student fails to attend the confirmed course or complete the course for any reason, no fees will be refunded except at the discretion of the management.
   
7. No allowance will be given for any absence or lateness without prior agreement.
   
8. The Academy will use its best endeavours to provide models for the students to practice upon. In the event of a shortage of models the programme of study may be amended without prior notice.

EXTRACTS FROM THE RULES OF THE ACADEMY

1. The Academy reserves the right to make changes to the syllabus necessary to maintain its standards.
   
2. No controlled dugs, unless prescribed, or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. Any student violating this rule will be expelled without any refund of fees.
   
3. Any student found stealing from the Academy or other persons on the premises will be expelled immediately without any refund and the Police informed.
   
4. Any student wilfully or recklessly damaging Academy property will be liable to expulsion without any refund of fees.
   
5. Clothing must be neat, clean and presentable. Ripped or torn jeans and trainers are not permitted.
   
6. All valuables must be locked away during the day in the locker provided. The Academy accepts no responsibility for any loss.
   
7. Punctuality, attendance, general behaviour and personal appearance are all taken into consideration when awarding final grades for your diploma.
   
8. You are expected to conduct yourself in an orderly manner for the safety and consideration of all persons in the Academy.
